Treatments fall into three groups. Injectables include Botox or Dysport, hyaluronic acid dermal filler and PRF undereye injections. Only hyaluronic acid fillers are used, which the practice notes can be reversed with an antidote agent. The practice says it is among the first aesthetic providers in the nation to use ultrasound to evaluate and place filler. Laser options include BBL, CoolPeel CO2 and DEKA CO2 at medium depth. Skin treatments include a 3-Step Peel, microneedling performed with the SkinPen device, microneedling with PRF, Thermal Infusion Treatment and Glacē facials.

Before committing to a treatment, clients can book a complimentary consultation if they are unsure what result a treatment would produce. Botox and Dysport are priced per unit, so an exact quote requires an in-person assessment, and dose adjustments are made at a two-week follow-up. Appointments of 45 minutes or longer take a deposit of $50 to $100, which is deducted from the total on the day. Cancellations with less than three business days' notice incur a $50 fee. Rescheduling and cancellations are handled through the patient portal, and running late means texting the spa.

Results cannot be guaranteed and refunds are not given for dissatisfaction with results. Clients under 12 are not permitted in the spa. Bundles cover three treatments and the full cost is due up front, though Cherry offers payment plans for bundle pricing. Professional skincare from NOON, ZO SkinHealth, skinbetter science and Hydrinity can be ordered online for in-store pickup, typically within two to three business days.
