Appointments are one-on-one, and the studio says it does not overbook.

The Russian manicure is the studio's signature service. It is a dry manicure that uses an electric file on the cuticle area and usually takes 60 to 90 minutes. Availability is limited, so booking ahead is recommended. Other services include a classic manicure with trimming, shaping, dry cuticle care, gentle buffing, a hot towel and regular or gel color, which takes 45 minutes or more and is priced by service. The Smart Pedicure is a dry pedicure with Russian cuticle care, callus and heel smoothing and gentle exfoliation, and costs $90 for about 1 hour 15 minutes. A classic pedicure with a bath soak, cuticle care, heel exfoliation and polish is also offered. Gel-X extensions cost $110 and take 1 hour 30 minutes, and the studio also offers a lighter Après Gel-X extension that keeps nails looking natural.

The studio offers nail rehab, natural nail growth support and fungal repair services. Nail art ranges from minimalist designs and chrome to French tip variations, seasonal trends and abstract styles. A monthly nail art set costs $80 and includes a full manicure with one of the month's pre-designed styles, which cannot be customized. Add-ons such as cat eye, chrome, shine buff, gel removal, hard gel overlay, callus remover and SNS or acrylic removal can be added to a full service, and several other add-ons must be booked with a full service.

The studio uses natural and organic products where possible and works with OSEA, using its body butter and oil in manicures and pedicures. It also sells OSEA products, including a body serum, a body balm and a body oil, along with Oil of Eden, a cuticle oil pen made in Los Angeles. Gift cards are sold online and in person through the Square store. Appointments can be booked through the website or by phone at 213-263-1783. The studio is normally closed on Sundays and Mondays, but offers by-request appointments on those days for clients who book at least 7 days ahead. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, Sunday and Monday appointments cancelled under 48 hours ahead carry a 50% service charge, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
