ÈVARENNE HOUSE is a Houston med spa founded by aesthetic injector Emerald Hardcastle, built around the idea that treatment should leave a person recognizably themselves. A visit starts with a conversation about concerns and goals, followed by a personalized plan with clear pricing. Clients receive a roadmap in three parts: what is agreed now, what is recommended next, and options to revisit later. Clients are not expected to buy every treatment.

The first step is usually the ÈVARENNE Assessment, priced at $69 and complimentary for members. It covers goals, skin analysis when the technology is available and the treatment roadmap, and can take 75 to 90 minutes when same-day treatment is clinically appropriate. The Advanced Skin Analysis & Consultation, also $69, uses digital analysis to look at skin condition, areas of concern and opportunities for improvement, and it is complimentary with a first treatment. New patients receiving treatments that require medical clearance pay a $39 New Patient Medical Evaluation fee at booking. Skin analysis and progress photographs are reviewed every three months, and the plan is adjusted as needed.

Treatment options include neuromodulators such as Botox and Xeomin, which temporarily soften the look of forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet. Returning clients typically need about 30 minutes for a neuromodulator appointment, with a two-week review. SkinPen microneedling is offered for the face at $400 standard or $360 for members, and for the face and neck at $475 standard or $425 for members. Chemical peels, also called VI Peels, are chosen after the skin is assessed and are used for uneven tone, sun damage and skin texture. Dermaplaning and Glow on Top can be added to selected SkinPen or neuromodulator visits after an assessment of skin and treatment suitability. Treatment pricing is personalized to the recommended plan and confirmed before treatment begins.

The ÈVARENNE HOUSE Membership lets members build credit toward future treatments and skincare through monthly contributions. Members receive preferred Member House pricing and 10% off retail purchases, and may apply available House Bank funds toward SkinPen at member prices. Member pricing does not combine with other promotions. Enrollment is arranged through the concierge.

Appointments are booked with a card kept on file. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. A late cancellation or a missed appointment incurs a $50 fee. New clients are asked to check in 10 minutes before their appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shorter visit or a rebooking. New patients complete their intake paperwork through the secure online form, which should be submitted 48 hours or less after booking and at least 24 hours ahead of the appointment, since medical information cannot be sent by email. Reminders are sent 48 hours and 24 hours before each visit. After Botox, SkinPen or VI Peel treatments, a follow-up check-in takes place within 24 hours. Clinical photographs are kept in the secure care record and are used for marketing only with separate written permission. The address appears in the booking confirmation.
