Facial options range from a basic consultation and LED light facial through dermaplaning, chemical peels, a PCA chemical peel, deep pore cleansing, microcurrent and Procell microchanneling. Lash and brow clients start with a consultation before booking and complete a 24-hour patch test before any service. Brow tint and lash tint use a vegetable dye with shades from honey brown to blue-black. Visit policies: arrive at least 15 minutes early, since late arrivals are charged the full service amount and the appointment may be shortened. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full service value. A valid credit card must be kept on file to book, and some services require a non-refundable deposit. Product returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days with a receipt. Gift certificates are non-refundable, must be shown at the time of service and are valid for one year. Bookings and payments are handled through Square.

Lash and brow clients go through a consultation and a patch test before their first service, and tints use a vegetable dye.
