Visits are appointment-only. The salon is open Monday 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday. Balayage is hand-painted and toned for each client and includes a toner and a finishing style. Appointments run about four hours, and a full balayage typically lasts three to six months, with the toner refreshed every six to eight weeks. Extensions use hand-tied and Genius wefts, K-Tip extensions and keratin-bonded strands, plus sewn-in extensions partnered with ModLengths. Treatments include the Brazilian Blowout, which reduces frizz while keeping natural texture and lasts about three months, and the Japanese permanent straightener, which takes four to five hours and is only offered on hair that has never been lightened. Monthly memberships are prepaid credit toward services and products with no membership fee, and they include a members-only phone and text line and priority booking.

The salon's philosophy centers on color and extension expertise, advanced education and a welcoming culture, and it works with Kevin Murphy products throughout. Balayage placement is chosen to suit the look, placed close to the scalp around the face and further out through the back.
