Visits take place in private waxing suites. A typical appointment starts with the area being cleansed, and bikini and Brazilian services also get a pre-wax oil. Comfort Wax is applied, removed, and the visit finishes with aftercare products. Brazilian hair is removed without cloth strips, according to the salon. Reservations usually run 10 to 45 minutes, with quick brow and lip waxes taking 10 to 15 minutes and bikini or Brazilian waxes 15 to 30 minutes. Several body areas can be booked together, which can take 45 minutes to an hour.

Bikini waxing comes in line, full, and Brazilian options, each offered for both the V and P areas, and can be adjusted to a guest's comfort and preference. Body waxing covers arms, underarms, legs, back, shoulders, chest, stomach, buttocks, inner thighs, knees, hands, toes, and nipples. Facial services include brow, lip, chin, cheek, ear, nose, neck, sideburn, and hairline waxing as well as full-face waxing. Eyebrow shaping can be done in round, soft angled, sharp angled, flat, or S-shaped styles. Men can have brows, sideburns, and nose or ear hair waxed. Brow tint is a semi-permanent color offered in five shades that defines and darkens brows, and it can be paired with an eyebrow wax.

According to the salon, waxing results generally hold for three to four weeks on bikini, body and facial areas, and up to three weeks for brow tinting. The salon suggests booking a visit every three to four weeks. New clients should come in with hair roughly a quarter inch long and can plan to stop shaving about two weeks before their first appointment. Gentle exfoliation is advised 24 to 48 hours beforehand, with lotions and oils skipped that day. Tanning, alcohol and large amounts of caffeine are also best avoided before a visit. Clients who are menstruating can still be waxed, though the skin may feel more sensitive. After treatment, the salon advises going without heated water sessions, soaking, sauna time, swimming, snug clothing and intense exercise for a full day, and pausing exfoliation for two days before returning to gentle exfoliation two or three times a week.

Wax Pass memberships are a central part of pricing. Options include Single Center, Redeem Anywhere, Unlimited, Pre-Paid, and Student passes, depending on the center, and the salon says members can save up to 25% per service. Some passes never expire, pre-paid bundles are available for arms, bikini, eyebrows, legs, and underarms, and the Unlimited pass includes an annual full-face option. Wax Passes are non-transferable. New guests who buy nine services get three free, a promotion only available in the center. Members earn points on services and products through EWC Rewards. Cancelling less than 24 hours before a reservation, or not showing up, may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Prices vary by location, may change without notice, and exclude sales tax where applicable.

The salon welcomes guests of all genders, skin types, and hair textures, and it adjusts bikini services to each guest's comfort. It uses a proprietary wax it calls Comfort Wax and states a commitment to safety and hygiene.
