Waxing is done in private suites, and the business says services can be adjusted to a guest's comfort level and preference. Appointments typically run between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the service, and full body sessions can take up to an hour. Each visit begins with cleansing the area and finishes with a soothing after-wax product. For Brazilian waxing, the wax is removed without cloth strips after a pre-wax oil is applied.
The center uses its own wax, Comfort Wax, which the business describes as suited to sensitive areas and all skin types, and says it is gentler on delicate skin for facial and body work. Men are welcome, and male guests can book chest and back waxing as well as facial services such as brow shaping, sideburns, and nose and ear hair. The Temecula Parkway center states that it welcomes guests of all genders.
First-time guests receive a complimentary wax, and new guests can buy a set of nine Wax Pass services to receive three free, available only in the center. Existing Wax Pass members pay per-visit prices reduced by 25%. Bundles pair common combinations such as eyebrow with upper lip and chin, or Brazilian with inner thigh, at a discount of about 10% compared with booking the services separately.
The business asks guests to let hair grow to about a quarter inch before a wax, and first-time guests are asked to stop shaving about two weeks ahead. Guests should avoid tanning, alcohol and large amounts of caffeine beforehand, and should mention any medications to the specialist. Afterward, hot showers, saunas, swimming and strenuous exercise are discouraged for 24 hours, and exfoliation for 48 hours. Facial waxing typically lasts three to four weeks, and the site recommends returning every three to four weeks. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, or no-shows, may be charged half the total price of the booked service. Prices exclude sales tax where applicable and may vary by location.
Services are tailored to each guest's comfort, with a cleansing step at the start of every visit and an after-wax product at the end.
