During a visit, the specialist cleans the area, applies Comfort Wax in the direction of hair growth, removes it along with the hair, and repeats until the skin is smooth before applying a soothing product. For Brazilian waxing the wax is removed without a cloth strip to reduce discomfort. Quick facial jobs such as eyebrow or lip take about 10 to 15 minutes, bikini or Brazilian about 15 to 30 minutes, and full body appointments about 45 minutes to an hour, with a first visit running a little longer. Guests are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch first, and first-time guests are advised to stop shaving at least two weeks before. Tanning, alcohol and large amounts of caffeine are best avoided beforehand, and guests on medication should tell their specialist, since some medications affect how the skin responds to wax. Waxing can be done during a menstrual period, though skin may be more sensitive.

Bikini services include a Bikini Line, which covers the sides and top of the bikini area, a Bikini Full, which removes more hair from the front with customizable coverage, and Brazilian waxing, which removes nearly all hair from front to back and can include a butt strip. Bikini and Brazilian services can be tailored to the guest's comfort. Body services cover arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, underarms, shoulders, hands, toes, knees, inner thighs, nipples and buttocks, and can be booked area by area or combined in one appointment. Facial services include eyebrows, brow tint, lip, chin, cheeks, ears, nose, neck, sideburns, hairline and full face, and eyebrow shaping is offered in round, soft angled, sharp angled, flat and S-shaped styles. The Ultimate Eyebrow bundle pairs an eyebrow wax with a semi-permanent brow tint for $43.20, which the business says is 10% off everyday prices. Brow tint comes in five shades, is described as ophthalmologist-tested, and is stated to last up to three weeks.

Prices quoted are for the Olathe center and may vary by location and change without notice; they exclude sales tax where applicable. Single-service prices run from $7 for a stomach strip to $80 for full legs on the body menu, and from $13 for lower lip to $61 for a full face on the face menu. Wax Pass memberships, available in center, can save up to 25% per service, and new guests who buy nine services receive three free. Guests can also earn points on services and products through EWC Rewards.

Aftercare follows a wax. For the first day, the salon advises steering clear of very hot water soaks, sauna sessions, swimming pools, snug clothing and hard workouts. Exfoliating should wait two full days. Once that window passes, the salon suggests gentle exfoliation two to three times a week and a fragrance-free moisturizer. Sun exposure and tanning should be avoided for 24 to 48 hours after treatment. Before a facial wax, clients are asked to stop using retinoids and exfoliating acids for 48 hours. The salon recommends rebooking every three to four weeks. Bikini results usually last three to four weeks, while eyebrow and lip results last about three weeks.

Waxing is customized to each guest's comfort and preferences, and first-time guests with several areas can have their appointments paced.
