Bikini work is offered as Line, Full and Brazilian, each in V and P versions. The Line option clears hair along the sides and top of the bikini area, while Full removes more from the front with coverage you can adjust. Brazilian work runs from the front to the back and can include a butt strip. Bikini, Brazilian and other services can be customized to your comfort level.
The body menu includes arms, back, chest, stomach, butt, legs, shoulders, underarms, hands, toes, knees, inner thighs and nipples. Men can book chest and back work, and facial waxing for brows, sideburns, nose and ears. Specialists can combine several body areas in one appointment. The face menu includes lip, chin, cheeks, ears, neck, nose, sideburns and full face, plus eyebrow shaping in round, soft angled, sharp angled, flat and S-shaped options. Brow tinting is a separate service, a semi-permanent tint offered in five shades that the business says lasts up to three weeks.
Waxing is done with the business's proprietary Comfort Wax, which it says is formulated for sensitive areas and for all skin types, and which it describes as gentle on delicate facial skin. Specialists are described as certified, and the business calls them licensed professionals. Reservations begin with a short consultation about your goals and the four-step process.
Booking is available online and through the app, with mobile check-in at locations. Walk-ins are accepted at some centers when time allows, though booking is recommended to get a preferred time. Wax Pass memberships save up to 25% per service at participating centers, and many never expire. The business charges a fee of 50% of the service price for cancellations less than 24 hours ahead or no-shows, and asks for advance notice to cancel or reschedule.
