The salon says its priorities are health, well-being, comfort and beauty care, and that it holds itself to grade-A sanitation standards. It also states it was voted best pedicure and manicure salon in 2018, 2020 and 2021. Each instrument is sealed in an envelope and sterilized in a steam autoclave, and a fresh bag of instruments is opened for every client.

Manicures and pedicures make up much of the menu. Every manicure includes shaping and buffing, a cuticle treatment and a relaxing massage, with polish optional. Every pedicure includes a footbath on a massage chair, shaping and buffing, a cuticle treatment and a foot massage, again with optional polish. Above that base, clients choose from therapeutic, organic, spa and signature versions, several of which use the salon's own SkinMilk and milk and honey blends.

Waxing covers the face, brows and lip or chin, along with body areas from underarms and arms to legs, back, chest, bikini and Brazilian. Body waxing is priced by the area treated. Facial treatments are also offered, from a standard European Facial to a longer signature version with a customized mask.

Group parties can book the space, and the salon provides complimentary wine, margarita and refreshments. Guests may bring their own snacks and treats. Appointments are strongly encouraged, and the salon may cancel a booking if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late.

The salon works from a health and sanitation first standard, with sterilized tools prepared for each client and a focus on comfort and beauty care.
