The tanning room has eighteen beds and booths, ranging from low pressure to high pressure, and includes Ergoline, KBL 7000, Legacy Leg and SClass equipment. Maintenance is scheduled through tracking software. Because federal and state law require eye protection for tanning, clients bring their own eyewear or buy a pair before a session. Before tanning, clients are asked to skip makeup, deodorant and SPF-containing lotion. For a base tan, the salon recommends six sessions spread over nine or ten days. The salon also says its tanning selection is the best in New Jersey, a claim it makes about itself.

Waxing requires an appointment. The salon uses hard wax instead of cloth strip wax. It says its waxing specialists are licensed by the State of New Jersey, and it reports more than 15,000 waxing sessions performed since 2016. For best results between visits, the salon suggests waiting three to four weeks between waxing sessions.

Spray tanning needs no appointment and can be done during salon hours. The Mystic Spray Tan booth is an automated system that applies the solution in the same motions each time, and it is found only at the Hawthorne location. Clients choose from four shades, and bronzers, fragrances or an accelerator can be added for a small upcharge. After a spray tan, the salon advises waiting until the next morning to shower.

The salon supports the Hawthorne High School Parent Teacher Organization and the Boys and Girls Club of Hawthorne NJ. Wipes, astringent and an umbrella are kept on site, and staff can walk clients to their cars.
