The Russian manicure here is a dry service. A technician uses an electric file to clean and refine the cuticle area, and no water or soaking is used during manicures or pedicures. Excess skin is removed only with e-files, and reusable instruments are sterilized in an autoclave. The salon says a Russian manicure typically lasts three to four weeks, and it tailors each manicure or pedicure to the client's style, preferences and nail health needs.

Services are grouped into add-ons, designs, manicures and pedicures. Design options include French, chrome, ombre, cat eye and three levels of nail art, along with four design collections called Old Money, Opulent, Natural Grace and Color Crush. Manicures run from classic and gel Euro versions through the Russian manicure tiers to hard gel overlays and extensions. Polishes and gels are imported from Europe, and the salon says many of its materials are free from formaldehyde, toluene and DBP.

The salon is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and works by appointment, with walk-ins taken based on availability. Bookings can be made online at euro-nails.com at any time. Appointment times are set by each service's required time, and a service cannot be changed once the appointment has started. Late arrivals may have their treatment shortened. Extended hours can be requested for an extra charge. Cancellations or changes need at least 36 hours' notice; otherwise a $50 fee applies, and new bookings are only taken after that fee is paid. Children and pets are not allowed, though service animals are welcome. Clients with medical conditions or allergies are asked to check with a physician first.

The salon accepts cash, major credit cards and gift certificates, but not checks or peer-to-peer payment apps. Printed gift certificates are sold in store, and electronic gift cards can be bought on the website. Gift certificates are not refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash or credit, and gratuity is not included in them. Discounts apply to services only. Lifting, chipping or cracking within 7 days of a service is repaired free, and later repairs are charged at standard rates. Metered parking is on Main Street, with unmetered spots on Fairview Avenue and Grant Street. The salon suggests the Pango app or quarters, and it keeps quarters on hand for exchange. Valuables and jewelry are best left at home, as the salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
