New clients start with a consult and facial that includes a skin analysis, goal-setting and a personalized skincare plan. Existing clients can book a custom facial tailored to the skin on the day, and the dermaplane facial is offered to existing clients only.

Booking and payment are handled through the business's booking site. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM, with Monday, Wednesday and Friday closed. Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late are cancelled, and late cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged the full fee.

Treatments are shaped around each client's skin, with a personalized plan offered to new clients and custom facials for existing clients.
