Treatments are grouped into lines. The Hydro Line addresses dehydrated, delicate and sensitive skin, redness and broken microcapillaries, and includes an oxygen treatment. The Lifting Line pairs radio frequency with manual massage and peptide-based products. The Reshaping Line targets the neck, double chin and facial contour. Anti-Aging, Whitening, Sensitive Line and Acne / Acne Scar treatments each address their own concerns. The Medi-Beauty Facial is the signature treatment and is customized for hydration, lifting, reshaping and soothing. Sessions can combine special care services with equipment the website describes as FDA-approved. Facial treatments use medical-grade products, according to the website.

Most skincare treatments take between 1.5 and 2 hours. The studio is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, with the last appointment at 5:30pm, and is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Walk-ins are not accepted. A consultation-only appointment carries a $30 fee. A credit card must be kept on file to confirm each appointment. At least 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or changes, and a $50 fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.

After a peel, clients are advised to avoid heat, direct sunlight, saunas, exercise and exfoliating for about a week.
