Cancellations need 12 hours' notice, and later changes incur a fee of 50% of the requested services. Group bookings of three or more require contact three weeks ahead, a 50% deposit and a 15% gratuity. A special hourly rate is available for events such as bachelorette parties, birthdays and fundraisers. Tips can be paid by Venmo, cash or card.

The salon says it does not use deceptive pricing, pays its technicians fairly, and aims to set an example for environmental leadership in the beauty industry. Children under 12 who are not receiving a service must be supervised by another adult. Pets are not allowed, though ADA-approved service animals are welcome. The salon has a zero tolerance policy for sexual comments, discrimination, harassment or inappropriate behavior and may refuse service. Gift cards are sold in person or as eGift cards online.
