About

ETX Inject was founded in 2021 by nurse practitioner Krystal Gilmore, who started the business after several years of running a family medicine practice. It opened as a single clinic in Crandall, added a second location in Gun Barrel City, and now also has a site in Forney.

Injectable treatments include Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, Juvederm fillers, SKINVIVE by Juvederm, PDO thread lifts, PRFM and PRP treatments that use the patient's own blood, and sclerotherapy for spider veins and small varicose veins. The clinic describes its nurse injectors as highly skilled and trained.

Skin treatments include laser hair removal for men and women, performed by Authorized Practitioners using FDA-cleared lasers, and several laser options. Deka Pulse CO2 laser and Tetra PRO CO2 laser are offered at Gun Barrel City, and Venus Versa is offered at Crandall. Tetra PRO CoolPeel is also listed. SkinPen micro-needling is a 30-minute session, and Skinwave by Cartessa is a hydradermabrasion treatment using AHA, BHA and plant extracts, offered at Crandall and Gun Barrel City.

Wellness care includes medical weight management, hormone replacement therapy, IV hydration and wellness therapy, and Nutrafol hair growth supplements. Medical weight management and hormone replacement therapy begin with an evaluation by a qualified medical provider. Hormone replacement therapy covers history, symptoms, labs and goals. Prescription medications are provided only when medically appropriate and are not guaranteed. Telehealth may be offered when clinically appropriate and permitted by law, with availability depending on the patient's location.

Beauty enhancements include facial and body waxing for men and women, eyelash and brow extensions and tinting, and lip blushing, which uses a microneedling technique. Eyelash and brow services and lip blushing are offered at Gun Barrel City. Lip blushing healing typically takes a few days. Payment options include Cherry buy now, pay later financing with 0% APR plans available after an application, and the clinic participates in the Allē rewards program, where points are earned on treatments and products at Allē providers. The clinic also offers the Epicutis skincare line.

Wellness and prescription care is led by medical providers, starting with an evaluation and prescriptions considered only when medically appropriate.
