The studio organizes its menu into three groups: Braids, Hairstyle and Make-Up. Braid styles range from simple shampoo and conditioner sessions and cornrows to box braids, knotless braids, micro-braids, Fulani braids, passion twists and boho styles with curly pieces. Hairstyles include a sleek elevated ponytail, soft voluminous curls, smooth flowing waves, customizable updos and bridal hairstyles. Makeup ranges from strip lash application and eyes-only looks to natural makeup, soft glam, a full dramatic glam, bridesmaid makeup and a bridal glow designed to photograph well.

Every appointment starts with a skin-prep step before makeup or hairstyling, in keeping with the studio's view that makeup should reveal a face rather than cover it. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, product-free skin unless a service says otherwise. The studio aims for a refined, long-lasting finish.

Clients can book a free consultation of about 15 minutes, which covers makeup, hairstyles and braids, before committing to a service. Prices are listed as starting rates, and the exact quote depends on the booking details and is confirmed before payment. Appointments can be booked from 24 hours to 90 days ahead. Booking requires an account through Google or email, and reminders are sent through it. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no cost; later cancellations go through the studio directly. No deposit is required at present, though an optional deposit may be introduced for some services and would be shown before confirmation.

On-location service is offered at a location the client chooses, such as a wedding venue or event. A travel fee starting at $40 is calculated automatically when on-location is selected at booking, and it varies with distance. The studio's portfolio page includes catalogs of its makeup, hairstyling and braids work.

The studio builds each look on prepared skin and hair, starting with a skin-prep step before makeup or hairstyling, and treats makeup as a way to bring out the face rather than hide it.
