Facials range from a 45-minute basic treatment to longer custom and combination options. A custom facial is suited to maintenance, dull skin, fine lines, congested skin, pigmentation, texture, mild acne and first-time clients. An acne facial is designed for mild to moderate acne, both inflamed and non-inflamed, along with noticeably congested skin. The Skin Trinity facial pairs a custom facial with one treatment chosen from microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, dermaplaning or nano infusion. A Gua Sha facial focuses on lymphatic drainage and adds facial cupping, LED light therapy and scalp massage.

Peels include a standard chemical peel, which is not offered to first-time clients and can be booked as a four-session package spaced every two weeks. Spicule peels come in two levels: Level 1 is a no-downtime option for all skin tones and types, while Level 2 is an acid-free marine extract peel with about one week of downtime. Microneedling is described as an intensive treatment that creates microchannels meant to encourage collagen production, and a four-session MicroChanneling package is available.

Clients are asked to stop retinol, hydroquinone and BHA or AHA products one week before a facial, confirm appointments 24 hours ahead and complete the intake form. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period; clients running later are asked to call, since the service may be changed or add-ons removed. Filled rewards cards for 50% off cannot be used toward package deals. The studio is open Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, and on weekdays with a midday break and evening hours until 7:30 pm on most days.
