The menu is organized as one hair service group. Children aged 12 and under can book kids' cuts, with curly cuts for that age range including shampoo, a conditioning treatment and styling. Adult cuts are offered for returning guests and for first visits, where a consultation is part of the 75-minute appointment. Curly-hair cuts run 90 minutes and include a scalp and product detox. Color options include a single-process root touch-up that can also cover gray, all-over color with no lightening, bleach and toner, custom highlights or balayage, a gloss refresh for existing highlights, mini highlights around the face, and a longer custom color service for guests who are unsure what to book or are making a major change. Haircut Cleanup is a short 15-minute option for neck and ear line, bangs or face framing between appointments. Some lightening services carry deposits for new clients, and partial custom lightening is not offered to new guests.

Booking policies: appointments canceled less than 48 hours ahead incur a 30% charge, and cancellations less than 24 hours ahead incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged in full and cannot rebook. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The salon is open Wednesday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.
