The clinic was founded by Neeta Bhogal, MD, who serves as its Medical Director. It takes the view that aging is a natural process that can be approached gracefully, and it builds a customized treatment plan around each patient's features and goals. Neurotoxin consultations include a review of health history and skin concerns, and pricing depends on how much product a treatment needs.

The neurotoxin menu centers on Botox and Jeuveau, which temporarily relax facial muscles to soften dynamic wrinkles and usually last three to four months. Results often begin within two to seven days and are fully visible at about two weeks. Neurotoxin treatments require no downtime, though the clinic advises avoiding workouts for 12 to 24 hours afterward. Botox is given with small insulin needles and does not need a local anesthetic or numbing cream. Advanced neurotoxin options include wrinkle reduction, jawline slimming, a brow lift, lip flips and a Nefertini neck lift.

Beyond injectables, the clinic offers five facial styles, including a Fire and ICE Facial that combines a resurfacing mask, a cooling mask and a finishing serum and moisturizer, and that can be adjusted for dry, oily, combination or sensitive skin. Other services include chemical peels, laser and IPL treatments, body contouring, skin tightening, lash lift and tint, brow tinting, and massage through its massage therapist.
