Before a first appointment, clients can book a 30-minute phone consultation for brows. If a client books an appointment within 24 hours after that call, the $20 consultation fee applies to that appointment. Clients with sensitive skin, or who have reacted to tints or dyes in the past, can book a 30-minute brow patch test for $50. The test uses a lancet to lightly mark the skin, a numbing cream, and a small amount of pigment.

For brows, new clients can choose ombre powder brows, a two-and-a-half-hour service that starts at $500. It opens with a consultation and a pre-draw, so the shape and color are matched to each client's natural features. Nano combo brows, a three-hour machine service at $580, blend fine hair-stroke work with powder shading.

For lips, lip blush is a three-and-a-half-hour permanent makeup service at $500 that gives the look of a lip tint. It needs a touch-up as early as six weeks after the first session. A separate neutralization service, at $500 and about an hour and a half long, is for clients whose lips have a darker rim and who want a more even base color across the lips.

Gift certificates are sold, including one for the ombre powder brow service at $500. Balances can be checked on the booking site.
