Color services range from a quick gloss that balances unwanted hues and refreshes mid-lengths and ends, to root touch-ups for existing clients, to classic partial and full highlights. Balayage and specialty highlights are customized blonding for a lived-in look, including balayage, babylights and foilyage, and can be paired with a haircut or a blowdry. Color + highlight services include a root touch-up and a mini highlight. First-time clients requesting color need a consultation, booked by contacting the owner before scheduling a visit.

Keratin Complex and the faster Keratin Complex Express are available, along with K-18 and deep conditioning treatments. Blowdries range from a basic finish to a deluxe wash and blowdry with a curling or flat iron finish, and a curling or flat iron add-on can be booked with another service. Men's clipper-focused cuts, a studio haircut, children's cuts for ages 12 and under, and bang trims are also offered.

Cancellations need 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee, and no-show appointments are charged a 20% service fee. Services are not refunded once rendered, but a complimentary adjustment is offered within one week of service. Texts, calls and emails are answered during business hours from Tuesday to Friday. The studio is open Tuesday and Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday 12 PM to 8 PM and Thursday 12:30 PM to 8 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
