The facial menu runs from a 20-minute express Sunday treatment and a 45-minute express facial to a 60-minute customized facial and a 75-minute advanced facial. The advanced version can include hydrodermabrasion, nano needling, restorative massage and LED light therapy. New clients are asked to leave a deposit for several services.

Lash services cover removal of existing extensions, a 90-minute cysteamine-based lift and tint that lasts six to eight weeks and comes with a take-home aftercare kit, a shorter touch-up for small gaps between visits, and a 90-minute maintenance fill meant to be done every two to three weeks. Full sets are custom mapped and come in light hybrid or light volume styles, and a lift-only option is available.

Virtual work is a separate track. The Virtual Skin Analysis is a fully remote review of skin and products that includes a personalized morning and evening routine, ingredient and product suggestions, a detailed PDF report, a two-week email check-in and an optional 15-minute phone call. The studio describes it as educational guidance rather than medical diagnosis or treatment. The 12-Week Virtual Skin Program adds a kickoff call, a phased custom protocol, milestone check-ins at weeks four and eight, and messaging support throughout.

Memberships include a monthly mentorship for existing clients, a monthly customized facial tier with priority booking and seasonal perks, a tier with two monthly lash fills, a scalp massage treatment and retail discounts, and a top tier that adds advanced facial modalities and lash discounts. Member benefits are applied automatically at checkout when booking in person. The Ethereal 15 Membership is limited to 15 members. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice for in-person visits and 48 hours' notice for virtual ones, and late arrivals of 15 minutes or more cancel the appointment. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once purchased. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval.

Treatments are grounded in somatic aesthetics, with the founder's view that skin cannot fully heal while the body remains under stress. The studio aims to respect each client's pace while keeping results in focus.
