Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Fullsets are built from zero and come in six styles, from a natural classic application to a very dense mega volume set, with a wet set option for a mascara-like finish. Refills follow the same styles and are generally recommended every two to three weeks, depending on how well the extensions hold. A removal is required first when replacing existing lashes before a fullset.

Brow and perm services round out the menu. Brow lamination takes about an hour, or about 80 minutes with a tint. Lash perms curl and lift natural lashes for a semi-permanent result, also with an optional tint. Lamination and perm results generally last four to six weeks. Lash removal, a patch test for adhesive allergies or eye sensitivities, and a scalp massage are also offered.

Booking works on a deposit. A $25 non-refundable deposit secures appointments and is applied toward the service total, and the site also lists smaller deposits for some individual services. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations on shorter notice, no-shows, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late forfeit the deposit and may require a new one before future bookings.
