The menu is built around lash extensions in many styles, from classic and hybrid sets to volume and mega volume, along with keratin lash lifts, brow lamination and tinting, and a range of waxing services.

The studio's philosophy is to bring out a client's natural features rather than cover them up. The facial menu includes a customized treatment aimed at balance, hydration and radiance, and a clarifying treatment for breakouts and congestion that is meant to protect the skin barrier. Makeup comes in a lightweight everyday version and a fuller evening version for special occasions.

Freestyle Sets are the most individual option. The owner designs each one with custom lash mapping and may include wispy, textured or colored lashes, so the style is ultimately up to her; specific style requests are limited for this service. Lash sets generally take an hour or more.

Booking is subject to a few policies. Several facials, lash lifts, brow lamination and makeup services require a deposit, ranging from $10 to $25. A valid card must stay on file, booking fees are non-refundable, and cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead is treated as a last-minute cancellation, which is charged 50% of the total service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sundays and Mondays.

The studio aims to enhance natural features rather than mask them, with services tailored to each client.
