On the brow side, the signature brow wax includes mapping shaped to each client's natural brow structure, and a tint or stain can be added. Brow lamination defines and lifts natural brows, with results the studio gives as lasting about 4 to 6 weeks, and it can include waxing and mapping when needed.

For lashes, the Korean lash lift works from the base for a stronger lift than a standard lash lift, and a tinted version lifts and shapes natural lashes without extensions, with results lasting about 6 to 8 weeks. Existing lash extensions can also be removed.

Before booking, the studio offers a free 15-minute consultation call to talk through goals, skin and hair history and whether a service suits the client. The call is recommended for first-time clients, people with previous work, and anyone using active skincare or prescription treatments. Some services are 18+ only, intake forms are due soon after booking, and deposits are taken to hold appointments. Clients must stop active skincare ingredients before brow and lash treatments, with timing set by the studio's guidelines. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice.
