Most of the menu centers on color and blonding. Services run from root touch-ups and single-process color to all-over base color, hairline halo highlights, partial and full highlights, and balayage. Many color packages include a blowout or a haircut, and the longer ones add a K18 treatment with lightener and custom glosses. Vivid color refreshes, Platinum root touch-ups and Platinum overhauls are also offered. Platinum overhauls require a color correction consultation before booking, and Platinum root touch-ups are reserved for current Platinum clients.

Before a first appointment, the salon recommends a consultation, which can be in person or virtual and is used to decide which service will reach the look a client wants. The $20 fee is applied to the cost of the service that follows. Clients are asked to share their full hair history at that stage, because damage caused by information left out is not the responsibility of the stylist or the salon. Prices reflect experience, education, product use and appointment time. For clients who need to stay within a budget, the salon offers a mini service and a maintenance plan.

Booking requires a credit card kept on file and a reply to the confirmation text. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, otherwise half the scheduled service cost is charged to the card. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may lose some or all of their time and are charged half the service cost. No refunds are given, though hair adjustments are covered by a two-week grace period. Hours are Monday to Wednesday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM; the salon is closed Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
