Eterno Beauty & Skin is run by owner Jeanette Vargas and operates from Room 110 inside Rockwall Salon Suites, between TJ Maxx and Leslie's pool. Booking is secured with a non-refundable retainer of 30% of the total service price, paid at booking and applied to the cost on the day of the appointment. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost, and a new retainer is required before booking again.
