Éternité Spa opened in 2019 on Flagler Avenue in New Smyrna Beach with a single room and one treatment table. It now also has a studio at North Donnelly Street in Mount Dora. The business describes itself as an advanced clinical skincare spa and focuses on skin health through clinical practice, with a slower pace of appointments rather than high volume. Each visit starts with a professional skin analysis that looks at texture, hydration, sensitivity and what the client wants to achieve. The non-surgical face lift pairs radio frequency with LED light and takes 45 to 60 minutes. Nano-infusion facials use microscopic tips to create temporary channels in the outer skin layer so serums can be delivered without needles, in a 45-minute session. Chemical peels range from superficial to medium-depth and usually take 30 to 45 minutes. Dermaplaning removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair with a sterile surgical blade. LED light therapy sessions last 20 to 30 minutes. Body sculpting is a non-surgical option for fat reduction and skin tightening, at 45 to 60 minutes per session.

Treatments are described as addressing dullness, dehydration, fine lines, loss of firmness, uneven tone, congestion and rough texture. For deeper sun damage or acne scarring, the spa recommends a series of three to six chemical peels spaced about four weeks apart.

Each studio has one treatment room and sees one guest at a time, and every treatment takes place in a private room. There is no waiting area, and bookings are confirmed within one business day of a request. The New Smyrna Beach studio sits on the quieter end of Flagler Avenue, about two minutes from the beach. At that studio, the same esthetician reads a client's skin at every visit.
