Eternally Embraced was founded out of a love for Black hair and an awareness of the difficulties Black clients often face when booking hair services. The salon's work centers on keeping locs healthy, intact and long-lasting, and each service is planned with that goal in mind.

Pricing is based on the time and care a particular client needs, taking into account hair texture, density and growth pattern. Visits are designed to limit how much the hair is manipulated and to keep product use light, which the salon sees as protecting the hair over time.

The menu runs from traditional loc consultations, which suit people with existing locs, transfer clients and those thinking about starting locs, to maintenance services such as loc refresh, shampoo and scalp restoration, steam treatments, and several retightening levels sized to the number of locs. Sisterlocks are offered as well, and a consultation must be booked before a Sisterlocks appointment. The consultation lasts at least an hour and reviews the client's hair history and whether Sisterlocks are a good fit.

The salon is open Wednesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Booking changes and cancellations go through the online system's Reschedule or Cancel button rather than text, social media or phone, except in true emergencies. The salon describes itself as one of the best in its field and says it guarantees clients' full satisfaction.

The salon aims to maintain the health, integrity and longevity of clients' locs at every visit, minimizing manipulation and using only modest amounts of product.
