New clients booking gel polish pay a $15 deposit, and new clients booking builder gel, Gel-X, an acrylic overlay or an acrylic full set pay a $20 deposit. Pay-later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled.
Gel polish starts at $40 and takes about 75 minutes. Builder gel, an overlay on natural nails with solid color gel, is intended for clients who want to strengthen or grow their natural nails. Gel-X is a full set with solid color gel polish, and acrylic overlays and full sets (the full set includes tips) both use solid color gel polish. Acrylic fills start at $50 but are not offered to new clients, are not always possible on nails with significant lifting, and are not done on acrylic applied by another technician; clients in that situation should book a soak off or arrive with bare nails.
Nail art is an add-on that has to be booked alongside another service, starting at $8 and taking about 20 minutes or more. Designs are grouped into four tiers, from one or two accent nails, dots or an accent gem, up through aura, ombre, chrome and animal print, then full-nail designs with detailed chrome or gems, to 3D and complex character art. Custom press-on nails are made to order and need sizing, done in person (about 10 minutes, and preferred) or from photos, which can be less exact. Complex designs need about a week, and finished sets can be picked up or applied at the salon. Water manicures, a traditional option with a limited color range and no gel polish, start at $20. Removal of products applied elsewhere carries the soak off charge, though the removal fee is waived for returning clients who also book other services.
