Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a 20 percent fee, and each appointment has a 10-minute grace period after which a $10 late fee may apply. Deposits are non-refundable, including for no-call or no-show appointments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Existing members book their services as usual, and membership benefits apply automatically at checkout. The business also offers Bushbalm aftercare products, which it says are designed to help prevent ingrown hairs.
