Lash services start with a 2 hour set. The Light Volume Set is a hybrid with a light, natural-looking fluff and no classic lashes, with density adjustable to the client. The Volume Set is fuller and more dramatic. The Spike/Wispy Set calls for a new set after three refills. The IT Girl Set uses B, J and C curls for soft volume and can be done full or light. The Wet Set and The Signature Set are also offered. Shorter services include bottom lashes only, clusters and removal.

Refills are booked by timing and lash retention. A 1 week mini refill must be booked within seven days of a full set or refill. A 2 week refill needs at least half of the client's lashes remaining, and a 3 week refill needs roughly 45 to 50 percent remaining; if less is left, the visit is booked as a full set instead.

The waxing menu covers the lip, chin, brows, nose, underarms, neck, toes, bikini, legs, arms and back, with most body waxes taking about 30 minutes.
