New clients usually begin with a skin analysis and consultation, which is built into the New Client Facial. The Customized Facial works the same way: the analysis is used to choose a treatment plan before the session. Shorter consultations are also available, in person or virtually, for people who want to ask questions before booking.

The acne offering is set up as a program rather than a single appointment. A consultation looks at skin and at factors that may contribute to acne, and the bi-weekly treatments run over three to six months with check-ins. Each visit can include a deep cleanse, extractions, an enzyme exfoliation or light peel, serums and SPF. A separate back acne treatment is offered on the same schedule.

Peels and microneedling make up a large part of the body and face menu. BioRePeel is a 30% TCA peel, and BioRePeel Gold Body is priced by area for darkness on places such as the back, underarms, elbows, knees, neck and buttocks. Skin Pen microneedling is offered as a single session or as a package of three.

Booking policies are posted for clients to review. Deposits are non-refundable, a 50% cancellation fee applies to changes made within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Product pick-up is free.
