Facials are the core of the menu. A 30-minute express customized facial costs $45, and a 60-minute customized facial costs $85, or $70 for VIP members. The longer facial opens with a double cleanse and a gentle enzyme application, followed by a neck and shoulder massage, and can add facial massage, ultrasonic deep pore cleansing or extractions depending on the skin. Named facials include the Clarifying Acne Facial, which runs about an hour and five minutes and combines enzyme exfoliation, extractions as needed, high frequency, LED light and facial cupping; the Brightening Boost Facial, which the business says is designed to address hyperpigmentation; the Revitalizing Anti-Aging Facial, which uses an enzyme mask with high frequency, red LED, ultrasound and microcurrent and may leave skin red for several hours; and the Nano Infusion plus Dermaplane Facial. A back facial of 45 minutes is also offered at $85, or $70 for VIP members.

The business describes peels as best done as a series of six treatments, every two weeks, with package pricing available. Cell Story Liquid Microneedling takes 45 minutes and costs $250. The business says the treatment involves no bleeding and no downtime, and that it is clinically proven to minimize the appearance of wrinkles. Clients must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, must have had no Botox or fillers in the past two weeks, and must pause exfoliants or retinol at least five days beforehand. Facials are not offered to clients currently taking Accutane or who took it within the past year, nor to clients with melanoma, active lesions, open sores or cold sores. Waiting periods are 7 to 10 days after fillers or Botox and 20 days after chemical peels.

Add-ons can be booked alongside a facial or service, including dermaplane, Nano Infusion, microcurrent, LED light therapy (face only), neck and decollete, facial cupping, high frequency (only with customized facials or waxing), hand exfoliation and hydration, eyebrow tweezing clean-up (which does not include shaping) and an underarm treatment. Lash services include a lash tint in black for $25 and a lash lift with tint for $80. Waxing covers underarms for $20 and half leg for $50, which excludes the bikini area. A 15-minute virtual phone consultation for $15 includes a review of the current skincare routine and a customized plan with product recommendations; it requires a consultation form and a pre-payment invoice after booking.
