Each appointment opens with a private consultation and skin analysis, then closes with a tailored plan and guidance on care at home. The studio pairs European skincare techniques with newer technology and treats protecting the skin barrier as the priority, so treatments are built to keep that barrier intact and steer clear of heavy exfoliation. According to the studio, it offers more than 15 treatments, and a typical session runs about 90 minutes. The studio says its estheticians hold a state esthetician license and have advanced training in microneedling, chemical peels, Kobido massage, dermaplaning and LED light therapy.

The menu ranges from customized facials to advanced treatments. The 60-minute Esthétique Skin Facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions, a mask and massage, while the 2-hour Deluxe Facial adds a longer massage and specialized masks. A Repechage Four Layer seaweed-based facial, a Men's Classic Facial and a teen facial for younger clients are also offered, with parent or legal guardian consent required for anyone under 18. Advanced options include microneedling, several chemical peels, Kobido massage with kinesiotaping, dermaplaning and a Green Sea Peel resurfacing treatment. Brow and lash services include waxing, tinting and lash tinting. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in fixed amounts from $50 to $200 or in a custom amount.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM; the studio is closed Sundays. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later changes may incur a $50 fee. Missed appointments without advance contact are charged the full service price, and late arrivals may shorten a treatment. Clients are asked to disclose medications, medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and recent cosmetic or skin procedures before treatment. Some treatments have waiting periods after injectables and some are restricted for clients taking isotretinoin. The studio may modify, postpone or decline a treatment it judges unsafe after assessment.
