Esthetique, Darling was founded by Yvonne, a licensed esthetician, with the aim of bringing personal attention and customer service back to skin care. The private studio is located inside Q Salon at 310 N. Mitthoefer Rd. in Indianapolis, and the team works with clients on skin health goals rather than a one-size-fits-all routine.

New clients start with a complimentary consultation and leave with a written skincare regimen built around their goals. The first facial is usually a Classic Customized facial, about 50 minutes, using the Circadia, Skin Script or Ennovy protocol. New clients add contact details and a valid credit card, complete an intake form and pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve. Booking is done through the salon's Gloss Genius profile or by calling or texting. A complete profile and a card on file are needed to approve requested services, and clients who would rather not keep a card on file can ask about same-day availability.

The facial menu is arranged in tiers. Transformative facials include options such as Acne Refining, Vitamin C, Triple Berry Brightening and Hydrating Lactic Acid. Enhanced facials run $140 to $160 and take about 60 to 75 minutes, and Advanced facials cover peptide, radiofrequency and microcurrent treatments as well as LED light therapy. Skin Health Correctives are aimed at more advanced skin health concerns. The one-hour consultation costs $100 and includes an intake form, before photos and a personalized treatment and product plan, and a $75 deposit at booking is credited toward any regimen bought at that visit. SWiCH dermal rejuvenation, priced at $175, is offered as an alternative to chemical peels. Microneedling requires a consultation and a skincare kit to prep the skin two to four weeks ahead, and a series is typically recommended about three to four weeks apart.

Specialty offerings include wedding prep packages in 4-, 8- and 12-month versions, a wedding facial series of four, and event preparation starting with a new client consultation. Brow and lash services, waxing and sugaring round out the menu. Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service fee, and cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Products and gift certificates can be bought through the website. Listed hours are Wednesday and Thursday 11am to 6pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 4pm, and alternate Tuesdays 2 to 7pm.
