The studio currently lists a Brow Lam Signature package at $180, which the listing shows as a $30 saving. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and for packages, with approval needed before the appointment. Existing package credits are applied automatically at checkout when a booking is made through the services page.

Opening days are Monday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 3 PM and Sunday from 4 PM to 6 PM. The studio is closed on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

Waivers and forms need to be completed before the day of the appointment, or a fee or cancellation may apply. Cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment carries a 50% non-refundable fee of the service total, which the booking deposit covers. Cancelling or missing the appointment itself carries a 100% non-refundable fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice is treated as a no-show and the appointment is cancelled. If a guest calls ahead about a late arrival, the visit may still be accommodated if timing allows, with a late fee added at checkout, and the appointment is not extended if it would affect the next guest. Around major holidays, changes to time or services must be made one week ahead, and cancellations within that week carry a 50% fee.
