It is designed as a 9-month program, with check-ins more frequent at the start and tapering off later. It can be done in the spa or virtually, and it treats acne on the face, chest and back. The salon frames acne as something managed over time rather than cured. Pricing starts with a $65 pre-treatment assessment or a $145 assessment with a first treatment. Homecare is estimated at approximately $250 to $300 at the start and is expected to last three to five months. Treatments require a consultation and the purchase of the recommended homecare.

Brazilian waxing is the most prominent waxing service, and the salon calls it the best in McHenry. The salon uses a premium hard wax that grips the hair rather than the skin, along with soft wax. Estheticians are trained specifically in Brazilian waxing on vulva anatomy only. Clients are asked to let hair grow out 10 to 14 days beforehand, receive a waiver before the appointment, and avoid swimming and exercise for 24 to 48 hours afterward. Clients can be waxed during their period if they bring a fresh tampon, disc or emptied cup.
