Visits usually start with a conversation. The 30-minute In-Clinic Skin Consultation looks at skin goals, current routine, treatment history and lifestyle, and ends with a personalized corrective plan and a homecare routine. The consultation fee is listed at $45, and $20 of it can be applied toward same-day professional skincare or retail products or toward the next treatment.

For facials, the menu runs from the 30-minute Glow and Go, which includes a double cleanse, facial massage, dermaplaning and hydrating finishing products, to The Curated 60, a one-hour customized facial with enzyme or peel exfoliation, extractions as needed, LED light therapy and a custom hydration mask. Three Hydrafacial levels are offered: the Signature, the Deluxe, which the studio calls its favorite and most booked treatment, and the Platinum, which adds lymphatic drainage and a healing sheet mask. Microchanneling, a non-invasive 75-minute treatment that creates micro-channels in the skin, is offered alone or with a customized chemical peel. The studio recommends a series of three to six sessions for best results.

The Acne Bootcamp is a commitment-based program. It begins with a $50 consultation to identify acne type, then builds a customized homecare routine and treatment plan with consistent daily use and regular in-office treatments. The studio states that the program is pregnancy safe. Brows and lashes include lash lifts with tint, brow lamination with waxing, brow tinting and shaping, and a combined brow trio, while spray tanning ranges from a rapid custom tan to membership plans.

Cancellations and changes need at least 48 hours notice, and later changes carry a fee of 50 percent of the booked service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or may need to rebook, and appointments not confirmed within 15 minutes of the start time are treated as no-shows and charged in full. Clients are asked to wait in the lobby until staff collect them for their appointment time.
