The shop groups its offerings into kits for specific skin needs. Listed kits include ones for normal to combination skin, dry skin, oily skin, mild acne, and a pre and post peel care kit that the shop also calls a hyperpigmentation kit. There is also a smaller Minimalist Kit. Sample bags for normal to combination, dry and blemished skin give a lower-cost way to try the line first.

Among the individual products are glycolic and mandelic-based cleansers and serums, a retinol serum, a retinol exfoliating scrub, glycolic and retinol pads, a honey brightening cleanser, a charcoal clay cleanser, and a citrus cream with Citrustem. Moisturizers include acai berry, cactus and ageless skin formulas, and eye care includes a tri-peptide eye cream. Sun protection is offered as a lip balm with SPF 15 and a 2 oz SPF 30 lotion.

Gift cards are available, and the shop offers a balance check for existing cards. Anyone booking a service in person should know the studio's policies: cancellations need 24 hours' notice, late cancellations and no-shows carry a non-refundable fee, and services are non-refundable. Other people are not allowed inside the studio during a service, including friends, family and children. Clients with a child are asked to arrange a sitter, with an exception for a parent or guardian present when a minor is being serviced.
