The business is run by Skylar, a paramedical esthetician and acne specialist who has practiced as an esthetician since 2018. Before opening in Harriman, Skylar worked at a medical spa in Oakridge. The Harriman business has been owned for more than seven years, and ongoing training and education are used to expand the services offered.

Skin care is the core of the menu. Facials range from a 30-minute mini facial and a 60-minute facial to a 75-minute Glow Facial with LED light therapy, oxygen infusion and cooling globes. The Red Carpet Facial is an anti-aging option with nanotechnology, cooling oxygen infusion, red LED light and ultrasonic treatment, and it is recommended as a series of six. For peels, a lightening peel using lactic acid targets hyperpigmentation and is suited to sensitive skin, while an anti-aging peel combines glycolic acid and retinol to help fade fine lines and wrinkles. The Skin Renewal Peel is given as two to three sessions with about six to ten days of peeling, and according to the site it is suitable for all ages, skin types and colors.

The acne program begins with an assessment of skin type and condition, followed by a custom home care routine and guidance on lifestyle, diet and acne treatment. A steam treatment or acne peel is recommended every two weeks as part of it. Device-based options include microchanneling, which is offered as a series of three to six sessions spaced four weeks apart, HydroDermabrasion, and dermaplaning, which is recommended monthly and pairs well with HydroDermabrasion. Skin Classic Treatment uses non-laser high-frequency energy and a small probe on minor skin spots such as skin tags, capillaries, cherry moles and sun spots, priced at $30 for three small treatments or less and $60 to $120 for larger areas.

Beyond skin care, waxing covers brows, lip and nose, and brow tint, lash tint and lash lifts are also available. Teeth whitening uses plant and mineral based laser gels, and according to the site it averages a shade improvement of 5 to 14 shades. Two massage therapists work from Suite 200. A two-person Clearlight infrared sauna in a private room has adjustable temperatures typically between 100°F and 140°F, and sessions usually run 20 to 45 minutes. The oxygen bar in Harriman uses aromatherapy, and the site says breathing supplemental oxygen may help with alertness, concentration and relaxation. Treatments are often arranged as recommended series with set schedules, such as monthly dermaplaning, biweekly acne steam or peels, or a run of peels, and home care is included in the acne program.
