Esthetics by Roxanne was founded in 1994 and has offered skincare on Union Street in San Francisco for nearly two decades. A second studio in La Quinta has been open since 2021. The studio is owned by Roxanne Chesnutt.

A free 15-minute consultation is available for skincare questions without booking a facial, and calls, texts and emails are returned within four hours. PCA Skin peels are performed in a clean, clinical spa setting and follow a multi-step process that includes a consultation, neutralization, a hydrating ampoule and SPF, with a five-day home care kit provided. Dermaplane facials are offered only to repeat clients after analysis confirms they are a suitable candidate. The studio sells Babor and PCA Skin home care through its website, matches prices of authorized PCA Skin retailers, and ships online orders over $150 for free.
