Facial add-ons and alternatives include microdermabrasion alone or as part of a facial, an alpha hydroxy acid treatment blending glycolic, salicylic and lactic acids, an epidermal resurfacing treatment that removes the top layer of dead skin and minor surface imperfections, and a separate facial for clients 16 and under.

Renee also offers a NuFace microcurrent toning facial, designed to lift and sculpt the facial muscles, along with eyebrow and lash tinting and a wide range of waxing from lip and brow to full leg. The business also offers spray tanning and sells gift certificates for a specific service or for a dollar amount chosen by the buyer, purchased through the website.

Skin care is handled with an Esthetics by Renee line made with plant and mineral-derived ingredients, and the business uses Nufree Nudesse Wax, a liquid hair removal system.
