Every client starts with an in-depth consultation aimed at finding the underlying cause of a skin concern. Treatment choices and the home care plan are then tailored to that client, and the frequency of visits is set during the consultation according to skin needs and goals. Virtual skin consultations are also available, with instructions sent once a booking is made. For a virtual consultation, clients may be asked to send clear photos of their skin, a list of the products they currently use, and any relevant medical or skin history.
The New Client Consultation + Treatment is a 90-minute visit for first-time clients that combines a skin consultation and analysis with hands-on treatment and ends with a custom homecare regimen. The other services are grouped into collagen treatments, customized treatments in 60- and 75-minute formats, a 90-minute Signature Facial, and Level 2 and Level 3 peels, each 90 minutes. Appointments are booked online through a scheduling link. For in-person visits, clients are asked to arrive with clean skin if possible and be ready to talk about their goals.
Treatments can be paid for over time through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service. Cherry plans carry no hard credit checks, and some come with 0% APR, subject to eligibility; interest-bearing plans have APRs as low as 5.99%, with approvals up to $3,000.
Each client begins with an in-depth consultation to identify the root cause of a skin concern, and treatments and home care are tailored from there.
