Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles. New clients can book a set designed for a first visit, and returning clients book fills at one, two or three weeks. Hybrid and volume sets can be customized in length, curl and fullness. Clients who already have lashes applied by another artist can book a foreign fill, and the owner may ask to remove difficult existing lashes and rebook a full set instead.

Other services include a lash lift, which curls natural lashes and lasts about four to six weeks, and a lash lift and tint that also darkens them. Lash tint is available on its own, including for clients with extensions who want darker lower lashes. Brow tint darkens brows and lasts two to four weeks. Waxing covers brows and lips. Add-ons include brown lashes, colored lashes and wispy spikes, and a patch test is available to check for adhesive sensitivity 24 hours before an appointment.

Booking policies: reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice or a charge of half the service price, and no-call no-shows are charged the same. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Requests outside regular hours carry a $15 after-hours fee and depend on availability, so clients should contact the owner first. Hours are Monday 9 AM to 1 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4:30 PM. The studio is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.
