Claudia graduated from The New York School of Aesthetics and spent six years practicing at a spa in Harrison, New York before opening her own studio. She also has a background in makeup artistry, having worked as a makeup artist for L'Oreal at New York Fashion Week, on television shows and on Netflix productions. The studio describes her as known for her brow shaping and microblading work.

Brow services begin with shaping that is done with tweezing and trimming rather than wax. Options include a stain for color, a lamination treatment that lasts four to six weeks, and a combined lamination, shaping and staining service. Microblading is a cosmetic tattoo technique that places pigment under the skin to create hair-like strokes. New microblading clients receive a first touch-up six to eight weeks after the initial procedure, and a consultation is available before booking.

Facial and skin services include a set of named facials, each about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes long, along with three peels and dermaplaning. The Sensi Peel is described as suited to more sensitive skin. Lip blush tattoo, beauty mark and eyeliner touch-up appointments are also offered within the microblading menu. Tooth gems, made with Swarovski crystals or solid 18k gold charms, are applied to natural teeth in about 30 minutes.
