Brow services include expert shaping done with wax, tweezers and razoring, and a semi-permanent tint that lasts about one to one and a half weeks and only temporarily stains the skin. The full Brow Transformation pairs shaping with tint and asks clients to commit to aftercare. Brow tinting is not offered to anyone allergic to hair color.

Lash options range from lash removal and lash tinting to lifts. A classic lash lift is a perm-style treatment for natural lashes that lasts about six weeks. The Korean lash lift uses shields and a cysteamine-based solution to lift lashes from the root, with tint included, and results last about six to eight weeks. First-time classic lash clients have their own rate.

Waxing covers the chin, lip, side of face, underarm, full arm, half and full leg, full rear, bikini and Brazilian areas. Brazilian waxes are not offered to men. The first-time Brazilian rate is separate from the touch-up rate, which is for regular clients who return every four to six weeks. Wax it Wednesday offers a reduced Brazilian price on Wednesdays only. Tooth gems are available as a single gem or as a Swarovski crystal.

Appointments are open Tuesday through Friday with split hours, and on Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM with a midday break. The business is closed on Sunday and Monday. A 50% deposit secures a booking and goes toward the service, with the balance due on the day. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if an appointment is canceled within 24 hours. Balances can be paid by cash, Zelle or Apple Pay, but physical cards are not accepted. Clients get a 5-minute grace period, and a late client more than 10 minutes behind is texted, with the appointment canceled if there is no reply. Clients running late should let the studio know.

Hygiene practices include disposable gloves and supplies, disinfecting surfaces between clients, and leaving time between appointments.
