Each HydraFacial follows seven steps: a detox stage, cleansing, a peel using glycolic and salicylic acids, suction-based extraction rather than manual metal tools, hydration, a fuse and protect step, and LED light therapy. The device uses gentle suction to draw customized boosters into the skin, which are concentrated formulas with active ingredients chosen for particular concerns.

Every appointment starts with a consultation that covers medical history and the results the client is hoping for. The specialists will not recommend a treatment they judge unsuitable or unsafe for a particular client. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and are advised to space HydraFacials at least two to four weeks apart, at the specialist's discretion.

The treatment room is described as relaxing and private. Aftercare guidance asks clients to avoid washing their face or showering for about six hours and to limit sun exposure for up to two weeks after a session.

Booking is done online, with text-only messages accepted at the studio phone line. Guests must be at least 16, and younger guests aged 16 to 18 may be asked for proof of birthdate. Cancellations need at least 12 hours' notice by email to avoid a charge for the full service.
