The suite entrance faces Codes and Lowe's and is next to Big O Tires. Parking is available in The Painted Posie lot, with stairs and a ramp up to the spa, or near Codes off Foxwood Drive with a short walk across to the entrance.

Facials range from quick cleanse-and-hydrate visits to longer customized sessions with LED, ultrasound, and massage. Clients can also book back treatments, brow and lash tinting, and waxing. A free 30-minute in-person consultation is offered to talk through skin concerns and goals. Existing clients following a customized acne plan have their own 60-minute appointment, and the 120-minute Radiance Rejuvenation Retreat combines several treatments and requires a $100 deposit.

Booking policies are straightforward. The studio has a no-tipping policy. A 25% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, Venmo, and cash, and digital gift cards are available.

The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 11 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
